About The Training
This 10-Day Retreat welcomes both new and returning participants. Previous experience in bodywork or massage is not required.
Ke Ala Hōkū — The Pathway to The Stars offers an opening to the Sacred in our own cells. The work offers a profound shift in perspective, a new freedom from old patterns & conditioning, and opens new neural pathways in our perceptions of ourselves, the body and the world around us. You will go through a series of exercises and practices designed to gently shift awareness and deepen sensitivities, bringing physical, mental, emotional & spiritual aspects into coherence. In this Resonance, we will approach the rare form of sacred massage: Ancient Lomi Lomi.
*Participants will be required to be completely off of phone and internet for the duration of the Retreat.
The Retreat Includes
• 10 day / 9 night Retreat Training and Accommodation
• Organic, Vegetarian and Vegan Food from the land prepared by Master Chef, Nicky Halliday a passionate and qualified Nutritional Therapist and Natural Chef.
•- Ka’a Lele 'au — an Ancient Movement Meditation igniting Balance, Harmony & Mana (Life Force Energy) in your entire system.
- Ho’omanamana — A gentle physical practice to open subtle pathways from the Body Consciousness to our awareness and free the life-force in the body.
- Ho’oponopono / Core & Cellular Healing — A simple process to free trapped emotions, including trauma & pain and bring us back into Right Relationship with our inner & outer 'Ohana (Family)
- Ke Ala Hoku / Pathway to the Stars — All of the practices are foundational to The Sacred art of Ancient Lomi Lomi

Jody Mountain
Is a dancer, choreographer and teacher with over 30 years experience in various forms of movement dynamics and healing modalities. Since 1989, she has been studying, practicing and teaching the art of Ancient Lomi Lomi and it's foundations in Ancient Hawaiian Wisdom. Jody is a direct student of Kahu Abraham Kawa'i, Aua'ia, Maka'i'ole, Uliama and brings forward the teaching of this lineage. She has dedicated her life to sharing the depth and vibrancy of this profound work with others as a vehicle for awakened consciousness. She has been sharing the teachings of this work in Ireland for over 10 years.
